Security and safety for Brett Donnelly

Our Central Coast Wellbeing Officers Les Pearce and Dennis Tomsett recently met with Brett Donnelly at the Mobility Hire & Sales Shop at Woy Woy.

Unfortunately, Brett was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2001 and this has greatly restricted his mobility. The Men Of League Foundation have purchased a LiveLife Mobile Personal Alarm which in an emergency situation contacts family and friends directly.

Brett played rugby league for Woy Woy in both the junior and senior teams. Brett is one of three generations to play for Woy Woy; he followed his father Ron, and then his son Ryan played.

Brett was accompanied by his sister Michelle and both expressed their gratitude for the assistance given to them by the Foundation. Many thanks to David Turner of the Mobility Hire & Sales Shop at Woy Woy for his support in providing this and other mobility items at reduced costs to the Men Of League Foundation.
