Helping out Don from Tamworth

Members of our North West Committee’s Tamworth Sub Committee, Kevin Robinson and Ken Thompson, had the pleasure of presenting Don Green of Tamworth with two Woolworths food vouchers in time for Christmas.

Four years ago, we presented Don with a Christmas hamper after being in hospital resulting from a fall in his driveway. Due to the injuries he sustained in the fall, he never returned to work.

About three months ago, Don had another fall and apart from grazing his arms and legs, he sustained a cut to his finger which became infected and had to be amputated.

The Foundation was happy to help Don out for the holiday season and hope that Don enjoyed his Christmas.
