An entertaining visit for ‘Elvis’

Dave Fraser has been in hospital for over three months being treated for leukaemia. Peter Keenan and Warren Thompson from the Sydney Metro committee were privileged to meet both Dave and his devoted wife, Amanda, when they visited recently. They have three children: Miley 15, Noah, 14 and 9 year old daughter Suki.

Nicknamed “Elvis” by good mate Craig Coleman because of his entertainment ability,  Dave has been singing for years and is regularly asked to entertain at fundraising events.

Sydney Metro president Henry Morris is a fan of Dave’s and also recently visited him in hospital.

A halfback during his playing days, Dave played with the Waterloo Waratahs, Zetland, Moore Park and the Coogee Bay Hotel side. The South Sydney tradition continues with Dave’s son Noah a member of the junior Rabitohs team.

Peter and Warren will keep in touch with Dave and Amanda and assured them that the Foundation are here to support them!
