South Sydney supporter Ray receives a wellbeing visit

Bob McCarthy and Warren Thompson had the pleasure of meeting Ray Dickerson and his beautiful family at their home in Sydney.

Ray is recovering from a stroke he suffered earlier this year. His wife, Christine, confessed to being a Bulldog supporter, however the red and green of South Sydney was prominent with the rest of the family!

Grandchildren Lesley and Alexa had their Souths jerseys on and even the cakes were decorated with the Bunnies logo!

Ray played rugby league for the Eastern Suburbs Catholic Club as well as competing for Registrar General  Office played in the public services comp at the Domain.

Ray had us laughing with some good stories and Bob was in his usual good form with yarns from his experiences in his playing days. Souths Cares gave Ray a book which Bob signed and presented Ray with a Men of League Foundation polo shirt and cap.
