2016 Round 1 – Manly vs. Bulldogs

I’m looking forward to a great season this year and with an extra day of football, I can’t complain.

To kick the season off I’m picking this Friday night’s game – Manly vs. Canterbury. 

The Sea Eagles have gained some new players this year in the form of both young blood and seasoned internationals. I think the Bulldogs, even though they are the bigger side, will struggle with the new interchange rules and it will be interesting to see how their forwards go.

The home ground advantage that Manly have at Brookevale and the backing from their fans should see them open their season on a high note.
