Restoring mobility to Dan and Midge

Townsville Committee Wellbeing Officers Helen Sugars and Natalie Turner visited Dan and Midge Jackson to deliver a new wheelchair to them. Dan and Midge are well-known league identities in Townsville; both are life members of Townsville and North Queensland Marlins rugby league.

Dan and Midge both have some mobility issues at the moment and the wheelchair will enable them to get out and about more – especially to see their beloved North Queensland Cowboys play this year. Thanks to Natalie and Helen for their work in helping Dan and Midge.
