Ash White – Fighting like a Bulldog

Peter Haley from our North West Committee recently met with Ash White from the Gunnedah Junior Bulldogs and his Mum Kylie Milsom at the first game of the season.

Ash has undergone surgery for a tumour that was located in his neck and has been undergoing radiation treatment in Sydney. Mum Kylie travels with him whilst Dad Jason holds the fort at home. On hearing their story the Men of League Committee generously gifted the family vouchers as a contribution to help with expenses to their family at this time.

Please keep Ash and his family in your thoughts – he’s a tough kid and he is itching to pull back on the boots and jersey and run on the field again. We wish Ash a positive recovery and outcome.
