A day out at the World Cup for Townsville rugby league administrators Dan and Midge Jackson

Townsville Committee Wellbeing Officers Hellen Sugars and Natalie Turner recently went to visit two long time Townsville rugby league administrators Dan and Midge Jackson.

Both Dan and Midge have had a long association with Townsville rugby league and are both life members of the organisation. Along with Men of League Foundation Queensland Chairman Darryl Van de Velde, it was a welcome visit to both Dan and Midge who aren’t able to get out much anymore.

Dan and Midge were thrilled when Darryl also took them both out to the Rugby League World Cup game in Townsville.
