Every year in the early stages of the season there is always one team that surprises everyone and also upsets the expert tipsters. This year is no different with the Tigers and the Raiders 2 from 2.

Jason Taylor was odds on to be the first coach sacked and even without his skipper, they have played some open attacking football. He certainly has let some freedom into their attack that wasn’t their last year. And with Tedesco, Brooks and Moses firing, the sky’s the limit for the Tigers.

Similarly, Ricky Stuart has the boys from the capital city, playing a tenacious tough brand of footy that is very hard to overcome if you are not on your game. The challenge for these two teams is to keep this up, which may be very tough considering their rosters.
