Shane Flanagan – Sharks

Going for 11 wins in a row at Home on Saturday night, he should be very happy with where they’re at. They have maintained their resilience, toughness and rugged defence of the last 3 years that saw them play semi-finals football.

Now, they have creativity and game management through their halves of Maloney and Townsend. Add in the X factor of Barba, Bird and Holmes and it’s no wonder they sit top of the table.

However, they do face a danger game with the Warriors and it will be interesting to see how Shane manages his players post Origin. Either way, hats off to him and the Sharks.
