Rugby league alumni gather for breakfast with Men of League Foundation

Members of the North Coast NSW rugby league community are being invited to join the Men of League Foundation for a Race Day Breakfast with rugby league elite on Friday 15 December at Coffs Harbour Hotel.

Organised by the Foundation’s North Coast Committee, there will be numerous special guests on the day including Darryl “The Big Marn” Brohman, Men of League NSW Manager Bruce Walker, Bulldogs great Paul Dunn, and former Penrith and Balmain player Paul Clarke.

The breakfast is a chance for the community to hear from rugby league personalities and help raise important funds for the Men of League Foundation and its work with men, women and children of the rugby league community.

Men of League Foundation’s New South Wales State Manager, Bruce Walker, says that the day is sure to be a success for the Committee and encourages everyone in the Coffs Harbour region to attend and meet some of rugby league’s finest.

“This should be a great morning of catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. I’m really looking forward to hearing from all our guest speakers on the day before heading to Coffs Harbour Race Club. We’ve got some characters for this breakfast’s line-up so there’s sure to be interesting stories told,” said Walker.

“Tickets are still available to purchase for the breakfast, which will include a big breakfast and two drinks on arrival. Funds raised from the event go to helping the Men of League Foundation to care for those from within the rugby league community who may have fallen on hard times and need assistance.”
