Penrith Pushathon

The Penrith Committee supported Penrith Wellbeing Officer and rugby league wheelchair athlete Nathan Pentecost, as he pushed his wheelchair 100kms around the Sydney International Regatta Centre on both Friday 18 August and Saturday 19 August.

The Pushathon started at 6.30am on Friday and was supposed to continue through to Saturday. Unfortunately due to the weather, Nathan had to postpone the second day of the push and will lock in another day to finish.

Funds raised for the Penrith Committee will help them assist children such as eight year old Cooper Randall who has chronic kidney disease and received a kidney transplant from his father.
