National Committee Conference 2018

Last weekend, the Men of League Foundation hosted its National Committee Conference at Mercure Resort, Gold Coast.

The weekend was an opportunity for Committee Members from all around the country to get together, alongside the Men of League Foundation staff, and discuss things such as the operations of the Foundation, wellbeing initiatives, as well as hear presentations from guest speakers such as Darius Boyd, Kev Walters and Clinton Toopi.

On Saturday night, the Members had the opportunity to attend Jonathan Thurston’s last ever NRL game as the North Queensland Cowboys defeated the Gold Coast Titans at Robina Stadium. To cap off the evening, a chance to head out onto the ground and have a photo on the turf kept everyone with a broad smile on their face!

A successful weekend with plenty of fresh and invigorating ideas to capitalise on plenty of momentum heading into the back end of 2018.
