Men of League Members named on Australia Day honours list

The Foundation would like to congratulate those Men of League members who were recognised in the Australia Day honours list over the weekend.

Committee member and former secretary, Ian Smith, was awarded an AM – Member (AM) in the General Division – for significant service to aviation through promotional and development roles, to the air show industry, and the community.

Sunshine Coast member, Richie Johnston, was awarded an OAM – Medal (OAM) in the general division – for service to the sport of rugby league as a referee and administrator.

What a wonderful achievement!
