Greg Sylvester – Member of the Month April 2018

As part of a new initiative, we will be featuring a member who has shown outstanding generosity, compassion and commitment to the Foundation. This month our inaugural ‘Member of the Month’ is Gold Coast Committee member, Greg Sylvester.

Greg was nominated by fellow committee member Graeme Farrar for his unwavering support of not only those in need within the rugby league community, but also the rest of his Gold Coast committee.
Greg uses his own car to take other members to committee meetings as well as wellbeing visits, and puts in the time and effort to write the agenda for every committee meeting.

When speaking of Greg, Graeme said that “without Greg they wouldn’t be able to help and visit a lot of people. He simply does everything”.

Greg has been a member for 10 years and first became involved with the Foundation because he liked the idea of helping people in the rugby league community. Wellbeing visits mean everything to him and he feels privileged to be able to give back to the game he loves so much.

Greg is honoured to have been selected as the ‘Member of the Month’ and credits his volunteering efforts for gaining a lot of new friendships & free essay help.
