Macca’s Match Up 2017 – Round 18 – Sydney Roosters v South Sydney Rabbitohs

Normally I don’t like to pick the Bunnies because I don’t want to put the jinx on them but I think after their performance last week, I can’t go past them.

South Sydney pulled off their biggest win of the season, whereas the Roosters suffered their biggest defeat of 2017. Add to this the fact that the Roosters have a handful of players out for State of Origin duties, and I think that the Bunnies are the tip of the round.

Adam Reynolds has managed to resurrect his form after a less than impressive few weeks, with Souths halves having a blinder last weekend.

Souths need this win if they want to keep any hope of making the Top 8 alive and I’m backing them to get the points.
