Gold Coast Titans players to attend Men of League Foundation Sportsmen’s Lunch

The Men of League Foundation’s Tweed District Committee invites rugby league supporters to join Gold Coast Titans players for the annual Sportsmen’s Lunch on Friday 16 February at the Seagulls Club in Tweed Heads West.

Special guests will include Gold Coast Titans owner Darryl Kelly, along with current players Ryan James, Kevin Proctor, Anthony Don and Michael Gordon.

Organised by the Foundation’s Tweed District Committee, the lunch will include a raffle, special memorabilia auction, two-course meal and drinks.

Men of League Foundation New South Wales Manager Bruce Walker says the lunch will give rugby league enthusiasts a fantastic chance to get together before the season commences.

“The Tweed District Committee has been putting the final touches on its preparation for what is sure to be another outstanding lunch. Members are extremely excited to be welcoming so many high-profile names from the Gold Coast Titans,” said Bruce.

“This event gives attendees the chance to catch up before the NRL season kicks off, meet a few of the Titans’ brightest stars and support the Men of League Foundation.

“The Foundation is proud to care for those from within the rugby league community who may have fallen on hardship and provide some assistance. It is the funds raised from events such as this lunch that ensure our support continues to grow,” concluded Bruce.

If you are unable to attend the Tweed District Committee’s Sportsmen’s Lunch on Friday 16 February, you can show your support for the Foundation by making a donation at www.menofleague.com or sign up as a member from February 2018.
