Frank Barrett to join Men of League as QLD State Manager

In a move that is set to further strengthen Men of League in Queensland, the Foundation has announced that Frank Barrett has been appointed to the role of Queensland State Manager, commencing 9 March 2015.

The appointment of Frank Barrett, an experienced rugby league player, commentator and administrator, will further enhance Men of League’s position as a robust and sustainable organisation that the rugby league community can be proud of.

Corene Strauss, Men of League Chief Executive Officer said, “This is an exciting day for Men of League. Frank brings a wealth of understanding about our game and its people to the table, which will help us, as an organisation, continue to deliver on our commitment to assisting those within the rugby league community in need of a helping hand.

“With a career within the sector spanning more than a decade, Frank’s experience, established networks and passion for the game will be invaluable. I see his appointment as key to taking the Men of League Foundation to a new level in the rugby league community and the sporting world generally.”
