Ben Ross visits Sydney Children’s Hospital

Leading up to last week’s final between the Sharks and the Cowboys, the Men of League Foundation teamed up with the NRL and Cronulla Sharks to help bring some joy to the mums, dads and children of the rugby league community.

Ben Ross, along with some of the Cronulla cheer squad, handed out free tickets to the families and nurses at the Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick.

“Being able to give these families an opportunity to leave the hospital for a few hours and to enjoy themselves really does improve their wellbeing,” said Ben.

“It’s these moments that make you proud to be part of the rugby league community and volunteering your time for the Men of League Foundation will only make our game stronger from the grass roots up.” he concluded.
