Jimmy Quinn has loved rugby league his whole life and everything it stands for.
So, with a mission to give back to the game that had given him so much, he attended the Men of League Foundation Western Sydney Committee’s Golf Day for the first time.
Upon arrival, he bumped into a face that looked relatively familiar. Perhaps it had aged a bit since he last laid his eyes on it, but Jimmy instantly knew that this was the face of his 1972 Peakhurst Inn A Grade teammate John Brame. The two men exchanged a firm handshake and instantly fell into a long and hearty conversation about old times, footy memories and their good mates.
Just another reason why the Men of League Foundation is so special to so many.
